About our games
Five Senses Tours hosts 31 original games, all designed for us and served from our own servers. Each one has its own page in the games lobby, where it loads inside the page. There's nothing to download and no account needed.

Your login details are safe
Our forms and account systems are server-based. When you sign up, sign in or send a message, your details go straight to our server over HTTPS. They are never written into the page, kept in your browser's storage, or placed in any table, query or file a visitor can see.
- Passwords are stored only as a salted one-way hash. Nobody at Five Senses Tours can see your password, and we will never ask you for it.
- Account records live in a protected server folder that is blocked from the web.
- Sessions use a secure, httpOnly cookie that scripts can't read. A new session ID is issued every time you sign in.
- Brute-force protection: five wrong passwords lock the account for 15 minutes.
- Google Sign-In is verified by our server directly with Google. We receive only your name and verified email.
- Every form submission is recorded in a protected server log (never including passwords) so we can investigate problems and abuse.
Tips: use a password you don't use anywhere else, sign out on shared devices, and contact us straight away if you see activity you don't recognise.
How our forms work
- Contact form and Player Care: your message is processed by our server and emailed to our support team through an authenticated, encrypted mail connection. A copy is logged securely so nothing gets lost.
- Sign-up and sign-in: checked on the server. Mistakes are explained on the page, and nothing is saved until everything is valid.
- Spam protection: hidden checks stop automated bots without making you solve puzzles.

- A game won't load: refresh the page or press Reload above the game. Make sure your browser is up to date and that content blockers aren't blocking frames on our site.
- No sound: click inside the game once (browsers block sound until you interact), and check the in-game sound button.
- Fullscreen: use the Fullscreen button above the game. On iPhone, rotate to landscape for the biggest view.
- Can't sign in: check your email or username, or wait 15 minutes if the account was locked. Use Forgot password and we'll help.
- Daily bonus greyed out: it can be collected once every 24 hours. Your account page shows when the next one is ready.
Frequently asked questions
Is Five Senses Tours gambling?
No. It's a free social games website. You can't pay, and you can't win money or prizes.
Can I buy more coins?
No. Coins are only ever given for free: 50,000 when you sign up, 10,000 a day with the daily bonus, plus whatever you collect in games.
Do I lose my coins if I play as a guest?
Guest play isn't saved to an account. Create a free account to keep a balance, XP and level on our server.
How do I delete my account?
Go to My account and use "Delete my account". It's removed from our server immediately.
Will you ever email me asking for my password?
Never. If someone asks for your password claiming to be us, please ignore them and let us know.
