1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of fivesensestours.com and every game on it (together, the "Service"), operated under the name Five Senses Tours ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Responsible Play page.
2. Who can use the Service
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must live in the United Kingdom.
- You may hold only one account.
We ask you to confirm your age when you first visit and again when you sign up. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18 or outside the UK, we will close the account and delete its data.
3. A free social games service
The Service is free to play and is not gambling. You cannot pay to play, you cannot buy coins and you cannot win money, prizes or anything of real-world value.
- Virtual coins are given free (a welcome amount, a daily bonus and in-game rewards).
- Coins, XP and levels have no monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed or cashed out.
- We may change coin amounts, XP rules or levels, or reset balances, at any time.
- Doing well in our free games does not mean you would do well at real-money gambling.
4. Your account
You can play every game as a guest. If you create an account, you agree to:
- give accurate details and keep your email address up to date;
- keep your password private and not share your account;
- tell us straight away through the contact form if you think someone else has used your account.
Accounts are created and checked on our server. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, and five wrong password attempts lock an account for 15 minutes. You can sign in with Google, in which case Google's own terms also apply to that sign-in.
5. Our games
All games on the Service are our own and are loaded from our own servers inside the page. We aim to keep them available, fair and working well, but we do not promise that any game will be available at all times, error-free or unchanged. Game outcomes are produced by the game software. If a game malfunctions, any affected round is void and we may correct balances.
All game art, names, code, text and the Five Senses Tours brand belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, frame, scrape, reverse-engineer or redistribute them.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, automated tools or exploits to play or to earn coins;
- try to access other accounts, our server files, logs or systems;
- interfere with the security or running of the Service;
- send abusive, unlawful or misleading content through our forms;
- use the Service for any commercial purpose.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account and remove its coins and progress.
7. Breaks, restrictions and closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from My account. This permanently removes it from our server. You can also ask Player Care for a break, a restriction or deletion. See Responsible Play.
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, if required by law, or if we stop running the Service.
8. Our responsibility to you
The Service is provided free of charge and "as is". Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss of coins, progress or data, for interruptions to the Service, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
9. Third-party services and links
Google Sign-In and any external sites we link to (for example support organisations) are run by third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their content.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will show a notice on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
